MEET THE AUTHOR

TITILAYO OLUBAJO

Titilayo began her career as an MD, she completed medical school and all USMLE steps,

including Step 3, with the intent to complete a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry.

However, life had other plans but she didn’t let the sharp edges of early disappointment define

her. Instead, she pivoted, embracing the parts of medicine she loved most: curiosity, rigorous

inquiry, and caring for people through systems and stories. That pivot led her into clinical

research and regulatory fields, where she now serves as a Clinical Trial Manager in oncology and co-found OTIWI LLC — a faith-forward company that helps families turn 10 minutes a day

habits into a legacy of resilience and success.

That reinvention taught her how to translate clinical knowledge into real-world impact: designing

better processes, mentoring teams, and building programs that put families and patients first. As

a passionate advocate for child development and identity formation, she creates faith and

science based curricula and media to inspire purpose. She is the kind of leader who shows up

with both a checklist and a story — someone who can map a regulatory pathway for a complex

trial one hour and help a parent create a ten-minute resilience ritual the next. Her background

bridges medical training, health-care administration, research, creative communication, and

faith-based family work.

People tell her she brings calm curiosity to high-pressure problems, and that she makes second

chances actionable — not sentimental. She loves building teams, projects, and partnerships

that turn comeback stories into everyday practice.

She is a proud alumni of the Visionary Compass Accelerator Program and serves on the

executive board of EPRGlobal, empowering women and disadvantaged communities and

ministers to children in her local church - Isaac Generation Assembly.

Titilayo lives with her husband, wole, and their family, embracing a life of love, laughter, and purposeful growth
